My name is Rev Dale Allen Hoffman
For four decades, I have devoted my life to the exploration and sharing of ancient wisdom traditions, with a particular focus on the Aramaic language and teachings of Yeshua.
Through books, films, courses, retreats, interviews, and thousands of hours of teaching, I have helped people around the world discover a deeper, more direct experience of spirituality beyond dogma, fear, and religious conditioning.
For most of my life, I was told what to believe about Jesus. Yet even as a child, I found myself asking questions that no one around me seemed able to answer. The deeper I searched, the more I felt there had to be something beyond theology, doctrine and translation.
Everything changed the day I first heard the ancient Aramaic prayer of Yeshua in His native language.
All of a sudden, my entire world literally turned inside out.
What began as a moment of profound recognition became a forty-year journey into the language, culture, sound and wisdom traditions that gave birth to the teachings of Jesus. Echoes of an Ancient Dream is the distillation of that journey—a heartfelt invitation to explore the ancient roots of these teachings through a lens that is experiential, contemplative and deeply human.

"I’ve been a Truth seeker since 10th grade in 1987. I asked myself, “What do I REALLY believe and why?” Then, I went out to prove it to myself, my mind becoming an active hypothesis. You too may be at the crossroads now, or maybe you have all the knowledge in the world about the Who, What, Where and When’s in the Bible, Christianity and/or other religious history. Who knows, maybe you’re an Atheist because of that knowledge. This book is not about religion. I know you’re here reading this review now for a reason. For me, Dale’s book has echoed back my calling out of, “What is the Truth?” On the back of Dale’s book it says, “He encourages others to stop eating from the menu being served.” I am a life-long Roman Catholic (RC) and I know what the menu is. I know what is being served. Because of this book, the menu being served has very clearly become even more alive for me!! The menu has become drastically enhanced and, while eating what I ordered, a well-seasoned eloquent phenomenon to me. How do I put a price on that?!?!?
Not only has Dale’s CDs\DVDs and retreats enhanced my understanding of what Yeshua (Jesus) REALLY taught, this book unwrapped for me a deep understanding of Dale’s History, growing up and why the path he chose to follow manifested this book. I feel like I have a more intimate connection to Dale and the energy that is being channeled through him. Yeshua gave us the HOW TOs to experience life directly. Unfortunately, this ancient wisdom was removed, discarded, hidden and even burned over the centuries. This ancient wisdom is beginning to resurface NOW! Go Where There Is Resonance
Do I need background in the bible?
Definitely not! Aramaic toning requires no knowledge of the bible or the teachings of Yeshua [Jesus]. Rev Dale’s focus is not simply on words or languages but rather on the living, experiential core of how to consciously experience these sacred, ancient tones from the inside out.
I am an agnostic, pagan, atheist, etc. Can I still benefit from toning?
Of course! Toning transcends all human-created concepts such as theology and religion to access the deeply felt core that is alive in the direct vibration of the ancient Aramaic teachings of Jesus.
Do I have to be able to sing to tone?
Absolutely not! The ability to sing or even “hold a tune” has little to no effect on the incredible experience of toning. The sound “quality” of your voice is of no consequence in this incredible ancient practice.
